🕵️ The Story
Trieste is a feeling. It's the clinking of espresso cups, the cries of seagulls at the pier, and the scent of wanderlust wafting through the Borgo Teresiano. In this city, Austrian order, Italian passion, and Slovenian warmth blend into a unique mix.
Why does the statue of Josef Ressel gaze so longingly at the sea? What secret lies hidden in the old Ghetto, and why are the "Ragazze di Trieste" (the girls of Trieste) famous far beyond the city limits? As you stroll across the Ponte Rosso, you'll understand why this city has always been a magnet for free spirits and seafarers.
Embark on a journey of discovery from the Canal Grande to the legendary Pinguino. Solve tricky puzzles, uncover the secrets of the Bora wind, and find out what makes Trieste so unique. Your adventure starts now!

ixpirity - Tips
Order coffee like a local ☕
Forget "cappuccino." In Trieste, everything is different! If you want a small cappuccino in a glass, order a "Capo in B." If you want an espresso with a splash of milk, it's a "Caffè Gocciato." It's all part of the Trieste experience!
The Grand Canal photo spot 📸✨
The best spot for your holiday photo is right on the Ponte Rosso. From here you have the perfect view of the Church of Sant'Antonio Nuovo and the statue of James Joyce. The light here is especially magical in the late afternoon.
Experience the Bora feeling up close 🌬️
When you're standing at Molo Audace, take a look at the stone bollards. It's the place in the city where you can feel the power of the Adriatic Sea most strongly.
